THE DETAILS
What counts as a vehicle?
A vehicle you have for sale. Mark one sold and it stops counting, so a plan's number is how many you are selling at once, not how many you have ever sold.
How does the pilot work?
Three vehicles for 14 days, set up with you, for $299. Continue on a monthly plan and what you paid for the pilot comes off your first month.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No. Monthly plans run month to month and can be cancelled any time from your Billing page. The pilot and the seller pass are one-time purchases; a seller pass runs 45 days for each vehicle on it.
Can we change plans?
Yes, from your Billing page. Moving up takes effect straight away, and the difference for the rest of the month is charged to your card at the time. Moving down works once your vehicles for sale fit the smaller plan, and the difference is credited toward your next invoice.
How do we pay?
By card, on Stripe's secure payment page. Your invoices and your card live in a billing portal you open from AutoSavant; we never see your card details.
Do appraisals or buyer questions cost extra?
No. There are no per-appraisal, per-question or per-user charges on any plan.
Which currency?
Prices are in US dollars, before any taxes that apply where you are.
